Hola! You and about a thousand other people each year come to Cabo, fall in love, and then want to move down and work here. Join the club! I’d say of that 1000 only about 13 stay on longer than a year. It’s rough down here when you have to work!

Timeshare is one of the easiest and fastest jobs to get. I would recommend getting in touch with the Mayan Palace people in SJD. They always seem to be hiring. Keep in mind, most timeshare companies hire locals…that can speak english and spanish and will take a way lower commission. They also don’t want to have to go through the hassle of doing your FM3.

You also visited Cabo at what I like to say is one of the best months of the year. You may not like it here in say…July/Aug!

I recommend you come back down, shop around for jobs….see if anyone will sponsor you for an FM3, then give it a go. You may be one of the lucky 13!

it is so pretty, i agree with you. my girlfriend went down for holiday, didn’t come back. she met people at a pool (the name i don’t remember) its the Huge peach one. I’m laughing now thinking this was 5 years ago, and I’m sure many "peach" hotels/condo are up. anyway not only did she start asap she loved the energy. its sales, its cut throat, the word NO is not part of their vocabulary, and you get a chance to change resorts/areas too. depending on company. so go on line (your on) ) look up time shares in cabo and company names w/ratings. they hire just about anyone, its all a numbers game… have you seen the movie once around? holly hunter Richard Dreyfus? she drops everything to do this, meets the biggest sales rep/owner… cute.. good luck to you..

I just went there a few weeks ago, I bought a timeshare from a guy named Jay Precious he works at the Playa Grande Resort, he told me they were hiring. Hope this helps.
