I made a successful sale of my Mystic Dunes timeshare (Orlando) with http://www.sellmytimesharenow.com

Here is the research I did before choosing a company:
I used Google.com and typed in MANY key word BUYER terms (buyer terms like "buy timeshare" "buy (resort name) timeshare" or "buy (resort state) timeshare") to find the company that actual buyers would most likely find first. I wrote down the company url’s and did the following research on the companies I found:

      1. I checked the BBB report on the company
      2. I made them provide traffic and offer reports
      3. I searched online for complaints about the company.

All this took me a couple hours (the final decision took days!)
I also posted on free sites at the same time and recommend you do the same as well.

I sold my Manahattan club with Buyatimeshare.com. The "what did I do right’s" are I priced my timeshare lower than others on the internet and I looked for a website that gets the most traffic to their website.

I also liked that the domain name is not attracting sellers like sellmytimesharenow, timeshare-rental-resale, and so on.

I don’t think I did anything wrong and I don’t think you can do wrong with this company if you price your timeshare at a competitive price, which is going to be nothing near what you paid for it, it will sell. Might take some time but you have ot be patient and see what happens. I know buyatimeshare.com has a money back guarantee that give you your money back if your or someone else sells your timeshare before they do. I think there was a percentage that you had to sell it within to get that but that to me was a bold statement.

Ask the company where they advertise and check to make sure they do.

      Good luck

To resale or rent a timeshare is a hard task, the basic rule is not to pay money up-front, don’t be another victim of a scam . There are some free classified adds where you can post it and get some results:
