its a tough market out there for timeshares. I’m sure you’ve gone through the usual suspects
    ebay
    classifieds
    other timeshare owners
    real estate companies

    Good luck

Impossible. The best you can do is donate it and take the write off. Kidney Foundation is one nonprofit that accepts them You could try ebay but you get less then 500

When I was in Maui last November walking around town I found a real estate company that specialized in resale of timeshares. I bet you just about give them away- so if you owe money at all you are probably upside down.

Call Wyndham and ask them for help. Then Google the city they are located in asking for resale of timeshares.

    Good luck.

It’s very difficult to do since very few people are actually looking to buy a timeshare. People typical purchase a timeshare while they are at the resort, not sitting behind a computer or talking to a real estate agent thousands of miles away from the resort.

Reselling takes time, patience and effort, but it won’t necessarily pay off. I know of timeshare owners who try to sell for years and years and are not able to get rid of their timeshare. Places to try:

    ebay.com
    craiglist.org
    redweek.com
    tstoday.com (Timesharing Today magazine)
    sellmytimesharenow.com

If you go the donation route, they’ll usually ask you to do a market evaluation which can take up to 6 weeks. A lot of charities don’t take timeshares any more unless you want to donate the week, not ownership. Organizations simply don’t want the responsibility of paying the maintenance fees.

You might try giving back the timeshare to Wyndham, although I personally doubt that they will take it back. The company wants to have their maintenance fees, and you’re obligated to pay them whether you use the timeshare or not.

Last option is to go with a timeshare transfer company aka timeshare relief company. They will transfer the timeshare out of your name so that you are no longer responsible for the maintenance fees or special assessments. The service is done for a fee, but for many timeshare owners, it’s the best alternative to years of effort and trying to get rid of their timeshares without success.

    Good luck!
