If a Timeshare Has a Sell Price of 3500. Do You Pay This Annually or Just Once?

im really just curious as to how they work.

    Once.
    However, ask how much you need to pay annually for whatever else.
    You may find out it is not worth it at any price.

    However there is a maintenance fee that you have to pay annually.
