yes, this is a scam. Any company that asks for upfront fee is just taking your money. They claim they have a buyer and after they get your money they say the buyer backed out but in reality they never had a buyer. Then you never hear from them again, they never return your calls or say we are just an advertising company and we advertised your t/s.
