Need to Sell Fast What Do You Think?
Me and my wife are on a sampler program for a timeshare. I need to sell the points fast any ideas. I have tried advertising services and I do not know about real estate companies and how they work with timeshares. Any ideas please be specific.

You can go back to your timeshare company, but they will more than likely tell you that you are on your own. You need to find a reputable company that does resales. Here is the problem that you will run into, Most starter packages are not worth what you paid, you need to know that you are not going to get what you put into it. Do not go to any company that charges a fee upfront, and do not agree to sign it away in advance of the closing. You can try to list it on craigslist or ebay. Another option is redweeks and tug. Lastly you can go to Timeshare Advocacy International for a list of solid resale companies that do not charge up front fees. Good luck.
