On a 6 Night Trip Would U Prefer Fri-Thur, Sat-Fri or Sun-Sat?
I am preparing to sell my timeshare 7 day / 6 night trip.
I’m wondering if I should reserve the Friday-Thur, Sat – Friday or Sunday – Saturday trip.
Personally I would pref Sunday thru Saturday. The reservationist thought the Friday-Thursday trip would be more popular.
What would be your personal preference?
I tend to agree with Rocket Queen although it really depends on where I’m going and why. I often travel to visit local festivals or special events, so I would need to make sure to be there on the appropriate day for that. The main events for things like Carnevale or Il Redentore in Venice are on the weekends and I would want to be there then so a Friday arrival would be preferable. On the other hand, the cheese market in Alkmaar is only on Friday and I would want either of the Sunday to Saturday trip for that. These specific locations may not relate to what you’re trying to do, but the basic idea might. Is there something special going on near your destination on the proposed dates?
I would take a sunday through saturday trip. it might not be as expensive and perhaps depending on where you are going would be less crowded. I try to stay away from traveling in airports on Fridays as they are busy, but that is just me and I don’t know where you are going.
I would choose the Friday-Thurs cos then you get the full weekend there. Plus you will get home and not have to go straight to work!
(assuming you work Mon-Fri that is!)
