battle over timeshare profits?
Me and me husband have a timeshare together called “trendwest” and we are having platinum property sell it they say it will sell for about 17,000$ Well me and my husband are are bad terms and may seperate i want to know if im entitled to half of that money once it gets sold?Can i request two seperate checks from the selling company?My name is on the resort too!The bill comes in my name too.i want my share and if the check comes in his name he wont give me my half.
I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but chances are that if you manage to sell your timeshare you will not get more than $2000 USD.
