I do not know this company, but the following online post makes me very suspicious:

If I were you, I would try to find a reputable, licensed real estate agency that handles timeshare re-sales. I wish you well.

Hi, I’m looking to seel my Las Vegas, multi-destinational timeshare and I received a call from Republic Partners Properties. I’m unconfortable about their process since they want to charge about $2000 on my credit card for a title check in order to sell the property. They say they have a buyer’s signed agreement and approved loan for the funds. So then why can’t they take the $2000 out from the settlement? I’m very suspicious.

I did read from someone else that posted in January 2011 that they did just that and it’s been months and they don’t hear back.

    Phone and address don’t exist….hmmmmm
    … and I hear they’re not a licensed company
