What ‘really’ happens at a timeshare presentation?
I went to Hawaii recently. Some guys at a ticket booth tried to get us to go to one of those timeshare presentation things (just an hour of your time….) by offering us a heap of free tickets to stuff. We declined as I am not interested in that kind of thing. Just curious though….has anyone ever attended one of these ‘presentations’? What kind of hard-sell tactics do they pull?
The announcement makes it look as though you will get something valuable for nothing. But that is not true. You will have to earn it by sitting through a long sales pitch, often of more than two hours, and frequently using high pressure tactics. For that, you will earn the cheapest of the “gifts” listed.
