Has anyone had any experience with the timeshare sellers named Recreation Concepts International?
I am with this company, that has told me for 3 months now that they have sold my timeshare. I even called them acting like a consumer to purchase a timeshare and they did say that my timeshare had been sold. They did ask for $600.00 up front, which I gave them. Each week now for the pass 2 months my paperwork is in underwriting, waiting to be signed for closing. I have gave them ultimatums, such has I will give you 10 working days to complete or else, and nothing has come from it. Any suggestions? Have I been took for a ride?
There have been many timeshare resales scams recently in the news. You are probably a victim. I would contact your local state attorney general office and file a complaint.
If you paid the upfront fee with a credit card, call them and dispute the charge.
