Im not interested to use the timeshares more like just getting the deed to property and selling it or renting it out to vacationers. But I dont know a thing about them…Tell me everything I need to know in owning one and pros & cons to timeshares. There pretty low from where I was looking at starting at 1,400 ocean front..

But the must important thing is this: DO NOT BUY THEM. YOu will NEVER be able to sell them and the monthly fees will kill you.
