What's the Best Way to Sell or Rent a Timeshare?

My husband works in timeshare. You can try selling it on your own, but that might not be your best bet. There are many timeshare resale companies now. You can even do it over the internet without meeting at an office. I say look at a few companies and see who has sold more resales. They should also be able to help you with renting it out also. I put some sources at the bottom I hope they help. Good luck selling your timeshare!

I’m not sure, but if you’ll come over to my place for a short presentation about a great real estate investment opportunity, I’ll give you a free color TV!

Took us 4 years, so be patient!! Didn’t make much on it either. But we figured we got our use out of in the 12 years we had it and sold it virtually for what we bought it for… NOT a great investment!!

We tried a real estate company; timeshare company and the management company overseeing the unit. The management company sold it, took two years…

    Good luck!

    Try ebay.
Also promote it with your friends.
I don’t recommend you to sell it, use it, that’s why you buy it in first place, unless you don’t want to have more vacations for the rest of your life.
Also give it for the mantenance fee to your close ones.
Check also time share users group to rent it or sell it.
    Good luck
